“We strive toward a goal, and whether we achieve it or not is important, but it’s not what’s most important. What matters is how we move toward that goal.”

Emily has enjoyed living in the PNW since 2016, moving from her small home town in Northern California to the big, beautiful, and bustling Seattle metro area. She has taken advantage of the many hiking and backpacking opportunities here, including in the Enchantments and on the Olympic peninsula. She loves jumping into big (and cold) bodies of water whenever she gets the chance! During the “dark times” of the year, she can be found cozied up with a science fiction or historical nonfiction book, or playing a board game with her fiancée and friends.
Emily loves to empower her patients with a strong emphasis on education and collaborative goal setting, so that they can be proud of their own success in therapy. She is a movement expert and enjoys getting creative with therapeutic exercises and activities customized for individual patients and their goals. She can help you to improve function and overcome injury at any stage, be it immediately after a surgery or accident, or even a chronic injury that you’d like help with addressing in order to make long lasting improvements.
