Josie, a California native, moved to Washington State in 2019 after finishing her schooling in the southeast. She attended the University of North Carolina, Greensboro on a full ride Division I scholarship, where she pitched for 2 years before pursuing a more rigorous academic curriculum at Clemson University (GO TIGERS!) graduating with a BS in Health Sciences and a minor in Psychology. Josie received her DPT from the University of St. Augustine in northern Florida.
Growing up a competitive athlete, Josie has a passion for helping athletes recover from injury and get back to enjoying their chosen sport. She has her TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certification and loves to help golfers with ergonomics and ways to help them increase their efficiency and reduce risk of injury, or return to golf from injury. Josie’s post doctoral training and education has been manual therapy focused and enjoys treating all different types of injuries to help individuals achieve their goals.

Josie currently lives in Magnolia with her rescue Golden Retriever, Cali. When Josie is not working you can find her hiking, paddle boarding, golfing, playing tennis, enjoying a Mariner’s game, or cheering on her Clemson Tigers.
