Caitlin is originally from the east coast, and became very familiar with physical therapy herself as a young competitive runner and Irish dancer. She moved to Seattle for the access to big mountains and has since fallen in love with the PNW. Caitlin works with each of her patients to understand their unique movement patterns which are contributing to their injury and pain. She will help you learn new, more efficient movement patterns which allows you to fix chronic injuries. Caitlin is fellowship trained in manual therapy and incorporates hands on techniques to make movement easier and less painful. Caitlin is excited to work with patients of all ages and abilities, and is experienced with treating the full spectrum of orthopedic conditions.
